A PROFLOTE INSTALL

Each ProFlote™ can be installed in existing conditioning tanks, or directly in the float cell while the plant is operating.

The ProFlote™ requires only a small footprint in a flotation circuit, making the installation flexible and simple.

WHY PROFLOTE?

1.

ProFlote improves fine mineral recovery by selectively aggregating paramagnetic minerals into larger aggregates. These aggregated minerals float more efficiently with faster kinetics.

2.

The recovery benefits with ProFlote generate large financial benefits in saleable metal, maximizing shareholder wealth.

3.

Plant results have shown that the recovery of the <20µm fraction is most effected. Some plant results have shown a halving of the losses in this size fraction.

4.

Plant testing of the ProFlote in mineral processing plants has shown improvements in plant recovery from 0.5 to 5% to high statistical confidence.  This can be accompanied by increases in concentrate grade also.

5.

The ProFlote requires only a small amount of compressed air (80-100psi). No other utilities are required giving the ProFlote a negligible operating cost.

6.

The ProFlote technology requires very minimal maintenance. Ausmetec is committed to supporting our loyal clients by ensuring a regular servicing regime.

7.

Every installation is different and customized for the plant and mineralogy. Ausmetec looks at throughput, flow rates, mineralogy and size by size data to gauge the number of ProFlote units required.

8.

Installation in Europe requires the ProFlote technology to meet CE certification.

9.

Ausmetec uses statistical methods to plant test ProFlote™. Statistically proving the ProFlotebenefit on mineral recovery to high confidence means that metallurgists and management can be confident with the benefits.
